Walking research

Walking is a way of investigating the city through the steps, because in doing so we read and rewrite the space in an action that foregrounds the body and its experience in a place. Thus, a situated knowledge is generated that can land in the present and the daily environment all kinds of reflections.

We explore this potential of walking through proposals whose central objective is to open spaces for reflection and generate exchange contexts in which the city becomes an object of study and a framework of thought.

Here you can see the three lines of work that we have developed so far in this direction. From learning groups that allow us to think collectively over a longer period of time, to experimentation with expanded mediation, overflowing the exhibition space onto the street, or through the intersection between the tour and other formats, practices and disciplines, such as text , cinema or dance among others.
